Booking a Trip
- Start a New Trip: From the home screen, tap the New Trip button.
- Select a Client: Choose an existing client or create a new one. For flexibility, we recommend creating a generic client like "VIP Customers" or "Priority Clients" for easy inclusion of passengers not tied to a specific company.
- Add a Passenger: Select or create a new passenger. New passengers will be added under the selected client.
- Enter Pickup and Dropoff Locations: Specify the pickup and dropoff addresses. You can also include pickup and dropoff times if available, along with any additional stops. Don't forget to add any special instructions for each location.
- Choose Your Fare: Select the appropriate fare, whether it’s based on hourly rates or a flat base rate. Be sure to include any additional fees such as airport fees or parking charges.
- Select Vehicle Type: Choose the vehicle that best suits your needs (Sedan, SUV, Limousine, Van, or Coach).
- Add Special Requests: If the customer has specific requests (such as a preferred type of water), you can add these details in the special instructions section.
- Validate Trip: Tap the Validate Trip button to ensure all fields are correctly filled.
- Confirm Trip: Finally, tap Create Trip to save your new trip and finalize the booking.
Managing Your Trips - Single Driver
- View Your Trips: Go to the My Trips section to see all your ongoing and upcoming trips.
- Review Trip Details: Tap on any trip for more information, including trip confirmation, driver details, and route information.
- Cancel a Trip: If needed, click the three dots on the trip details screen and select Cancel Trip.
Managing Your Trips - Multiple Drivers
- View Company Trips: If you manage multiple drivers, head to the Company Trips section to see all ongoing and upcoming trips.
- Assign Drivers and Vehicles: Tap New Trip to assign drivers and vehicles to specific trips.
- Review Trip Details: Tap on any trip for detailed information, including trip confirmation, driver details, and route information.
- Cancel a Trip: If needed, click the three dots on the trip details screen and select Cancel Trip.
Trip Confirmations & Receipts
- Send Confirmation: After booking, you can send your client a confirmation email with all the trip details, including terms and conditions.
- Customize Terms & Conditions: Under the Settings section, you can create custom Trip Confirmation Terms and Conditions tailored to your needs.
- Send Receipts: Once the trip is complete, you can send a trip receipt to your client. Stay tuned for future integration with Stripe, enabling seamless payment handling directly through the app.
