Using GRiDD Technologies Integration (GNet)

TranspoApp seamlessly integrates with GNet from GRiDD Technologies, offering a unified experience across multiple limousine software systems. If you currently use several apps from different companies, you can transition to receiving all your trips through your GNet ID. This integration allows you to track all trips in one place. Please note that GNet charges a per-trip fee, ranging from $1.00 to $1.50.

Linking Your GNet Account

  1. Navigate to Settings: Tap on GNET Integration under the Settings section.
  2. Link Your Account: Follow the prompts to securely link your GNet account.
  3. Access Over 40 Software Systems: Once connected, you can integrate with more than 40 limousine software systems, track personal trips, and receive updates—all without storing your login credentials.

Creating Your GNet Account

If you don't already have a GNet account, you can create one directly from the app. The process is simple, and you'll be ready to connect with partners and receive trips in no time.

Managing Your GNet Account

  1. Access GNet Connect: Once logged in to your GNet account, you'll have a direct link to the GNet Connect dashboard within your app settings.
  2. Manage Your Account: Through the GNet Connect dashboard, you can manage your account, accept trip offers from partners, and send requests to new partners.

Making Payments to GNet

  1. Handle GNet Charges: GNet charges are processed through the GNet Connect dashboard.
  2. Fund Your Account: You can pre-fund your GNet account with a set amount. GNet will notify you when your balance is low, ensuring you are always ready to accept trips.
