Trip Confirmations & Receipts

One of the great benefits of using TranspoApp is transitioning from texting or emailing clients confirmations to emailing them professional Trip Confirmation PDFs. This helps put them at ease by showing all of their trip details clearly. After their trip is complete, you can send a stylish receipt with all fares and fees listed.

Default Terms and Conditions

By default, TranspoApp provides terms and conditions for both your trip confirmation and your trip receipts. These can be reviewed below.

Customizing Terms and Conditions

  • As a provider, you can add or edit your own custom trip confirmation terms under the Company Settings.
  • These terms can include cancellation policies, specific service agreements, or other trip-related terms.
  • Once set, these custom terms will appear on all emailed trip confirmations and receipts.

Trip Confirmation Terms:

By booking with Black Car Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
For Sedan and SUV reservations, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. For Van, Limousine, or Coach reservations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside these timeframes will be considered late, and Black Car Limo reserves the right to charge a fee up to the full amount of the trip. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, Black Car Limo may also charge the full amount of the reservation. Any changes to reservations, such as pickup time or vehicle type, are subject to availability and should be communicated as soon as possible, though Black Car Limo cannot guarantee availability for changes. Passengers are responsible for managing any flight delays, missed flights, or other airport delays, and such circumstances do not exempt passengers from Black Car Limo's cancellation policies or any applicable charges for late cancellations or no-shows.

Please note that any additional services or requests made during the trip, such as extra stops or waiting time, may incur additional charges, which are reflected in this receipt.
