Receiving Trips

Currently, there are two methods for receiving trips on TranspoApp. 

  1. Via Partners Directly Through TranspoApp
  2. Via Partners via GNet

Receiving Trips via Partner

  1. View Incoming Trip: On the home screen, you'll see an incoming trip request from your partner. Tap to view the details.
  2. Review the Request: Check the request to confirm availability, correct vehicle type, and ensure that the fares and fees are sufficient.
  3. Accept or Decline: You can choose to either accept or decline the offer.
  4. Trip Confirmation: Once accepted, the trip will appear on your trips screen and calendar.
  5. Note: Received trips cannot be edited. However, you can add additional fees such as airport fees and parking charges.
  6. Payments: All payments must be handled directly between you and your partner. TranspoApp does not take responsibility for any payments.

Receiving Trips via GNet

TranspoApp's GNet integration is a collaboration with Gridd Technologies, offering access to 40+ software systems. Please note that GNet charges a per-trip fee, ranging from $1.00 to $1.50.

  1. View Incoming Trip: On the home screen, you’ll see an incoming trip request from your GNet partner. Tap to view the details.
  2. Review the Request: Confirm availability, correct vehicle type, and verify that the fares and fees are sufficient.
  3. Accept or Decline: Choose to accept or decline the offer.
  4. Trip Confirmation: Once accepted, the trip will appear on your trips screen and calendar.
  5. Note: Received trips cannot be edited. You can only add additional fees such as airport fees and parking charges.
  6. Payments: All payments must be handled directly between you and your partner. TranspoApp does not handle payments.
  7. GNet Payments: All payments related to GNet trips must be processed through the GNet dashboard.
