With TranspoApp, you can easily add other users to send trips seamlessly. This service is completely free, and the sender will receive updates on trip status, including any changes to fees like airport fees or parking charges.
Note: All payments for trips are handled privately between partners. Stay tuned for future payment integrations, which will simplify this process!
How to Add a Partner
- Navigate to Settings: Tap on Partners in the Settings section.
- Invite a Partner: On the Partners page, tap Invite Partner.
- Send the Unique Code: Share the unique code with your partner to link accounts.
How to Accept a Partner Request
- Navigate to Settings: Tap on Partners in the Settings section.
- Accept a Request: On the Partners page, tap Accept Partner.
- Enter the Code: Input the unique code you received from your partner to complete the connection.
How to Find Partners
Currently, partners must be found organically through your existing connections. We appreciate you sharing TranspoApp with others to help grow our network. Our aim is for no one to ever have to turn down a trip, knowing they can rely on trusted partners when they're busy.
Future Plans: In the future, we will add a feature to help you find partners directly through the app. Stay tuned!
How to Send a Trip to Your Partner
- Select a Trip: Tap on a trip you’d like to send to a partner.
- Click the Handshake Icon: Tap the handshake icon located on the main trip bar.
- Choose a Partner: Select a partner from your list of connections.
- Input the Rate: Set the rate for the trip (hourly or base rate). All fees, such as airport and parking fees, will be automatically included.
- Send the Trip: Once submitted, your partner will have the option to accept or decline the trip. After acceptance, they can mark the status accordingly, and you'll be able to view the trip on your dashboard.
Note: If you or your partner has a change in availability, you can reclaim the trip at any time.
